I was fortunate to know that I wanted to be a psychologist while I was still in high school. I took a psychology class when I was a senior that ignited my passion for psychology and began majoring in psychology as a college freshman.

I attended University of California, Riverside, and graduated in 1996 with a B.A. in Psychology. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology in 2000. In 2004, I earned a Psy.D. (Doctor of Psychology) from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. In addition to my private practice, I am an Adjunct Faculty member at The Wright Institute and teach part-time.

I love to practice yoga in my spare time, and enjoy photography, cooking, traveling, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.

My office is in the historic Hobart Building, located in the Financial District of San Francisco, and is close to the Montgomery BART and MUNI station.

I am licensed in California, Illinois, New York, and Washington, D.C.

I am also an out-of-state telehealth provider for clients in Florida.
