Let the waters settle and you will see the moon and the stars mirrored in your own being. Rumi

I am meeting with clients in-person at my office in downtown San Francisco. I also meet with clients online via Zoom, depending on client’s preference.

A snapshot of my experience and expertise.

As a licensed psychologist, I help my clients work towards their personal goals, which often includes helping someone get through a difficult life transition and feeling less depressed and/or anxious. I have experience in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health agencies, an inpatient psychiatric facility, a children’s hospital, and day treatment centers.

I am licensed as a psychologist in California, New York, Illinois, and Washington, D.C.

I am also an out-of-state telehealth provider for clients in Florida.

I have 25 years of experience providing services to the community, including psychotherapy, teaching, volunteering, case management, mentoring, and clinical supervision of therapists in training. My expertise is in helping clients manage anxiety and their inner critic (negative self-talk), relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, sobriety, and identifying and healing shame. I also help my clients with healing their trauma(s), assisting those going through major life challenges including job loss, separation/divorce, sobriety, and managing difficult emotions, particularly depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, and grief.

Feel free to contact me for an initial 15-minute Zoom or telephone consultation at no charge. This will give me an opportunity to see how I can be helpful and to answer any questions you may have.
